Great Bascinet with multiple visors

This helmet is based off of the CH 19 bascinet from the Churburg Collection. The customer needed three different visors as he competes in tournaments that require jousting, foot combat, and mounted melee combat. The skull of the helmet is raised out of 2mm 1050 tempered spring steel, as well as the two combat visors. The jousting visor is 3mm untempered spring steel.  Brass capped rivets and a hand sewn liner help to complete the helmet with historical details.

Materials: 1050 spring steel, leather, brass, mild steel, cotton, and linen
