This was built to match the surviving example of the Le Landeron armor in Switzerland. The armor has had pieces added over time and has since been completed with multiple helmets ranging from an armet to a great bascinet to a frog mouth. Throughout the time I’ve been working on this armor, particular attention has always been paid to matching the historical thickness of the material as well as incorporating subtle details through pointille work.
